Problem:
June needed cooling and heating in her newborn’s room, which was located on the upper floor and at the rear of the house. The room had minimal airflow due to its external joining wall exposed to sunlight for most of the day. In summer, it was an uncomfortably hot environment while winter proved just as difficult with the room being far away from the homes existing heating system.
Solution: Split System Air Conditioner Installation
To combat this issue, we installed a wall mounted 2.5 KW Mitsubishi electric split system air-conditioner that would provide both cooling and heating for the space. We mounted the internal unit and condenser back-to-back on the side external wall of the property, allowing the condenser to be wall hung out of sight – a win-win for cost and aesthetics. After completing the installation and testing, June was delighted to experience the outcome and smilingly posed beside her new Split System Air Conditioner!
