We were charged $350 for someone to come out, look at our unit for 5 minutes and tells us we needed it replaced. I rang twice following up on a quote for a new unit and spoke to an extremely rude woman, only to be quoted $2500 over another local business. Save your money and time.

Requested an aircon and bathroom exhaust to be quoted. Came to quote without a tape measure and simply eyeballed the space and was out within 10 minutes which also included a toilet break at my property – simply unprofessional. Although quote was not competitive, I still gave the benefit of the doubt given their glowing 5-star reviews and requested some additional information on the specification…

Lineu, Renzo & their team spend one & a half days installing- climbing through the roof cavity, always checking in with me as the job progressed to ensure I was happy with the work.
